Symmetra PX Power Mod 1-VW4P6The APC® Symmetra® PX 10 kW Power Module is a single 3-phase input / output unit that provides scalable, redundant power protection for centralized IT equipment in medium to large data centers. It features a modular architecture that combines the high availability requirements of easy power and runtime scalability into a small footprint. Built-in automatic bypass capability ensures that seamless power is delivered to the loads even in the event of an electronics failure or an overload condition. With the SmartSlot interface, you can customize UPS capabilities with management cards (sold separately). In addition, intelligent battery management facilitates precision-charging for optimum battery performance, life and reliability. Apart from the advantages of redundancy, users can also benefit from features like automatic self-test, LCD display and audible alarms.
