- Service Technician will provide diagnosis for the following types of problems:
- Computer Performance
- Internet/Network
- Device/Accessory
- Software
- Email
- Computer Hardware
- After diagnosis, any software, network or configuration issues will be repaired by technician while onsite. For severe software issues technician will perform one (1) of the following:
- Virus or Spyware Removal
- Re-install Windows operating system (OS)
- System Restore
NOTE: Customer is responsible for ensuring all personal data is backed up. - After diagnosis, if hardware issue is identified the technician will advise customer & initiate call to Dell™ to order replacement part.
- Any hardware replacement will require a return visit; this will be done at NO additional cost to the customer.
- Upon completion of work, Technician will Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify.
