Dell Network Errors and Problem Troubleshooting (In-Home)
Service Technician will provide diagnosis for the following types of problems:
Computer Performance
Internet/Network
Device/Accessory
Software
Email
Computer Hardware
After diagnosis, any software, network or configuration issues will be repaired by technician while onsite. For severe software issues technician will perform one (1) of the following:
Virus or Spyware Removal
Re-install Windows operating system (OS)
System Restore
NOTE: Customer is responsible for ensuring all personal data is backed up.
After diagnosis, if hardware issue is identified the technician will advise customer & initiate call to Dell™ to order replacement part.
Any hardware replacement will require a return visit; this will be done at NO additional cost to the customer.
Upon completion of work, Technician will Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify.
