The service is available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and will be performed within next business day following a TAC verified hardware failure. In addition, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will assist the customer in resolving the problem over the telephone. ScanCare, Post-Warranty is available after the warranty period and can be purchased in single or multi-year increments.
