The QLE2560 allows multiple logical (virtual) connections to share the same physical port and each connection has its own resources and the ability to be managed independently. Equipped with QLogic StarPower technology, it ensures power efficiency. Its Enhanced Hardware Assist Firmware Tracing (EHAFT), allows comprehensive debugging with standard drivers while Overlapping Protection Domains (OPD) on both the control and data path ensures high data integrity. The QLE2560 is backward compatible with 4Gb and 2Gb speeds which adds to its versatility in usage. It also offers easy user setup and other diagnostics utilities.
