Dell Network Errors and Problem Troubleshooting (In-Home)
  • Service Technician will provide diagnosis for the following types of problems:
  1. Computer Performance
  2. Internet/Network
  3. Device/Accessory
  4. Software
  5. Email
  6. Computer Hardware
  • After diagnosis, any software, network or configuration issues will be repaired by technician while onsite. For severe software issues technician will perform one (1) of the following:
  1. Virus or Spyware Removal
  2. Re-install Windows operating system (OS)
  3. System Restore

NOTE: Customer is responsible for ensuring all personal data is backed up.

  • After diagnosis, if hardware issue is identified the technician will advise customer & initiate call to Dell to order replacement part.
  • Any hardware replacement will require a return visit; this will be done at NO additional cost to the customer.
  • Upon completion of work, Technician will Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify.

Scheduling

Please allow 48 hours for your order to process. After processing a scheduling agent will contact you. If a system or hardware is purchased with this service, a scheduling agent will contact you when your order ships. Or Call 1-800-897-1582 to schedule your appointment for service! The Call Center hours of operation are:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm CST
  • Sunday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm CST
