Buffalo Technology 8 TB LinkStation Pro Quad Network Attached Storage ServerThe 8 TB (4 x 2 TB) LS-QVL/R5 LinkStation Pro Quad Network Storage from Buffalo Technology offers instant storage expansion and file access on your home network and over the Internet. It features a high-speed, 1.6 GHz processor for maximum transfer speeds up to 72 MB/s. You can plug it into any Ethernet port or into the back of your wireless router and access it on any networked computer in your house. LinkStation Pro Quad features four hard drives and support for multiple levels of RAID redundancy for a customizable blend of capacity and data protection. Besides this you can use Buffalo’s WebAccess service for remote access to your files over the Internet from any standard Web browser while on the go. Additionally with WebAccess i Apps you can access and share files from your iPhone®, iPod touch® and iPad®. Moreover it has NovaBACKUP® Professional software included for Windows® and Time Machine® that provide support for whole home backup solution for every PC and Mac® on your network. Plus the LinkStation Pro is powered by the BitTorrent client, uTorrent, so it can download any BitTorrent files automatically without your PC being on, simply paste a torrent URL into the LinkStation uTorrent application and then turn off your PC.
