• A Dell certified technician will be sent to your location
• Flexible scheduling and convenient appointment times

• Includes unpacking system and components and performing quality inspection.
• Technician will boot system and complete the initial setup.
• Service includes setup of new or existing internet connection.
• Technician will discuss where your router is to be located and make recommendations to avoid any connectivity issues.
• Technician will configure your wireless router and setup security encryption to protect your network from non-approved users.
• In addition, technician will enable file and print sharing across your network and also demonstrate how you can add additional users or devices to the network.
• Service includes installation of up to three (3) devices; like your wireless printer, scanner, IPOD, or camera. Technician will load all the support software and verify everything is functioning properly.
• Technician will configure and activate one (1) Email account.
• Upon completion of work, Technician will provide a Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify..
