Dell Getting Started Computer Setup with Data Transfer (In-Home)
Includes unpacking system and components and performing quality inspection.
Technician will boot system and complete the initial setup.
Installation includes up to three (3) devices; like your wireless printer, scanner, IPOD, or camera. We will load all the support software and verify everything is functioning properly.
Includes setup of new or existing internet connection and confirm connectivity.
Configure and activate one (1) Email account.
Service includes transferring up to ten (10) gigabytes of data files from your old PC to your new PC, OR backing up your data to a CD or external hard drive.
Transfer: We can transfer Internet browser bookmarks, old email, your pictures, media, and more. Just tell our technician what you need.
Backup: Or you can back up all your sentimental media and important financial documents to keep it all safe. NOTE: External storage device not included with offer.
Technician will also install three (3) licensed software applications (software not included with offer).
Technician will review with you location of your files and media.
Upon completion of work, Technician will provide a Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify.
