The Lightning 100 CD Caching CD ROM Tower from JES Hardware provides a reliable and fast network solution. It is designed to be flexible to accommodate various networking needs, and is platform independent to ensure hassle-free installation and use. It is capable of supporting both 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps Ethernet, and offers browser-based access capability. The tower supports up to seven IDE drives and two CD-ROMs. The CDs are cached to an internal hard disk for additional access speeds. Caching with lightning CD emulates drive speeds up to 66X.
