APC's Back-UPS® CS 500 provides reliable battery backup and surge protection for office and home office systems. With three NEMA 5-15R battery backup power outlets, this UPS protects your computer from electrical noise, spikes and damaging power surges, even lightning. It also includes three surge-only outlets that offer protection for non-data sensitive equipment without reducing the unit's available power or battery capacity. Status indicator LEDs and audible alarms notify you of changing UPS and utility power conditions. With built-in RJ-11 Modem/Fax/DSL protection and easy-to-install safe system shutdown software, the Back-UPS CS 500 UPS is an ideal power protection solution for business computers.
