The WPN824 RangeMax™ Wireless Router from Netgear® brings blazing wireless speeds and improved range for connecting to the Internet. This high-speed wireless device adjusts to interference and physical barriers in your home, and delivers up to 500,000 square feet of coverage. In addition, it incorporates enhanced Smart MIMO (Multi-In, Multi-Out) technology and seven internal smart antennas to survey the home environment for walls, furniture and interference and automatically adjust to compensate for these performance blockers. As a result, the problem of fading Internet connections is eliminated – giving you the freedom to work or play from virtually any room in the house. Powerful features like WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) and WPA-PSK (Wi-Fi Protected Access-Pre-Shared Key) Security ensure that your network is safe from unauthorized users.
