The Compactflash 56 K V.92 Modem Card from Socket® Communications gives you the freedom of high speed Internet access, email and faxing from any analog phone line. It has V.92 modem technologies boosts upstream data rates to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) so large files and email attachments load faster. This modem includes premium features like Modem-on-Hold/Caller ID by which your Pocket PC will report when incoming calls arrive, so you can answer calls without dropping the Internet connection. The Modem Card uses Quick Connect, a V.92 feature that shortens the time it takes to connect by saving phone line characteristics for later use. Eliminating worries about availability of cellular data services, cellular network compatibility and more, the 56K Modem Card is a reliable and convenient way to access Internet access from your Pocket PC.
