The 4-Ports 10 Gigabit Ethernet Line Card from Force10™ with pluggable XFP modules supports distances of up to 80 km. It provides a flexible solution for applications spanning the LAN, MAN, and WAN. Moreover, this line card provides density of up to 32 line-rate, non-blocking 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports in a single chassis. With QoS and Access Control Lists (ACLs) enabled, jumbo frame support, and simultaneous L2 switching and IPv4 routing, the 4-port line card allows localized switching, providing very low latency.
