It offers patented ramp load/unload design that allows data heads to move away from the disk thereby minimizing the risk of shock damage between the heads and disks. Additionally, this hard drive incorporates thermal fly-height control (TFC) technology that maintains a constant fly-height throughout read and writes operations to enhance overall data integrity, drive performance and reliability. Moreover, its power-saving innovations like HiVERT™ technology delivers efficient power management and thermal emissions to meet energy compliance targets and extend drive life.
